While I was finishing up my undergraduate degree in Illustration at Brigham Young University, I worked at BYU Independent Study as a graphic artist. A few examples of my work can be found on my regular art blog here.
Working for Independent Study, I learned to balance multiple assignments, while remaining aware of various deadlines and never failing to meet them. I worked independently and as part of a team.
The main objective of my job was to create fun, appealing art that could keep students interested in their online courses. Versatility and consistency were crucial characteristics of my work-- the artwork for each course needed a look and feel unique to its subject and student age, but also had to be consistent within the course.
